Fiqh vs. Law

science is paradigm based.
there is no pure observation.
there is no ideal paradigm.
in order to shift the paradigm we need an external fact.
gestalt expermient.
there is no external standard for science because the there is no pure observation.
for believers scripture could be that external standard.
dock-rabbit experiment.
fiqh has its own paradigm which can evolve exactly like law.
but the difference is that we have a guide in fiqh.
the current paradigm in law is human rights. before that it was nation-state like law.

velayat faqih (whether right or wrong) introduced a new paradigm in fiqh.

fiqh tries to mimic science in way. science in succesful. so fiqh can be too!
